Gym - Work out programs

Initial program
Upon your enrolment, we will schedule you for an appointment with one of our qualified trainers. The initial program is offered to all members. It is a basic program with the intent to familiarize you with the cardiovascular, stretching and strengthening equipment.

Program revision
Program revisions are offered every 3 months following your initial program.  You can make your appointment through the reception desk or with one of the trainers for a one-hour session The program can be adapted  to your specific needs by changing existing exercises or the amount of volume you are currently working with (sets, repetitions, tempo).

Practical tip
It’s important to bring a towel for your personal hygiene and that of other members. We ask that you clean the cardiovascular equipment after use. You can reserve your cardiovascular machine in advance during busy times. Get into the habit of bringing a bottle of water so that you remain hydrated during your workout.
