Barbara Deszcz: Fitness instructor
Health, fitness and nutrition have been Barbara’s passions for more than 30 years. A graduate of McGill University’s personal training program (1999), as well as certified by CAN-FIT-PRO as a certified personal trainer, and "Older Adult Specialist", and most recently a Thai-Yoga massage practitioner. Barbara has set up many group exercise programs in aerobics, step, and workouts with weights. Her mantra: “Keep it simple” and eat healthily. Your physical state is a life-long commitment, not just a New Year’s resolution!
Frédérik Robert-Clément: Fitness instructor
Canadian power lifting champion, Frédérik is certified in weightlifting, sports nutrition, workout phasing and plyometrics. He has participated in many seminars and training sessions from Coach Export, CAN-FIT-PRO, Ataraxia and Énergie-Cardio. Motivated by performance yet promoting balance, Frédérik believes that the only limits are those we create.
Jean-Pierre Denault: Fitness instructor
Jean-Pierre has been passionate about fitness since the age of 16 and has 30 years of experience as a trainer and coach. He owned his own fitness centre for 15 years. His goal as an instructor is always to give 100 % to every one of his customers.
Jonathan Meloche: Fitness instructor
A former mountain biker, Jonathan decided to devote himself to power lifting. A graduate in personal training as well as nutrition by Coach Export, he hopes to become world champion in his sport within the next four years.
Laura Warf: Fitness instructor
Laura has 17 years of experience as a personal trainer. A graduate of McGill University, Laura has vast experience working with clients of all ages and physical abilities. Laura’s qualities include her ability to counsel and coach her clients in the development of a healthy, balanced lifestyle that includes a tailored exercise program, balanced nutrition and lifestyle management. Her infectious smile, attention to detail, and ability to progress clients safely and efficiently make her popular with the members.
