Alain Daviault : Cycling instructor
A high quality instructor with proven teaching techniques. Alain is a compassionate person who will take the time to answer your questions.  He is a diligent reader always seeking out the latest research in the sports industry. He chooses to go beyond his limits by integrating the intellectual and educational side of teaching, which doesn’t stop him being a Bon Vivant! Alain holds his Spinning instructor 2 since 2006 and is a passionate coach.  He has followed numerous skiing certifications; certified level 1 by the FESC since 1993 and level 2 by the alliance of ski instructors of Canada. He awaits you to transmit his dynamism!

Diane Aumond: Fitness instructor  
Diane has a variety of training and fitness experience. Energetic in her classes, her passion is to go above and beyond in fitness and as an instructor to others. Among her numerous qualifications linked to sports, she is: Aqua form instructor (Red Cross 1992), National lifeguard beach/pool (Société de sauvetage 1992), first aid teacher (Société de sauvetage 1992), prenatal aquaform instructor (CALA 1994), group fitness classes trainer (Coach Export 2000) and certified massage therapist by Kiné-Concept.

Diane Durocher: Fitness and cycling instructor
Diane has over 20 years of experience in the fitness world. A certified personal trainer, Stott Pilates instructor, a member of the Francophone Federation of Yoga and the International Federation of Yoga, a first dan black belt in Taekwondo/Kung fu and certified as a Nutrition and Wellness Specialist by CAN-FIT-PRO, she is currently completing her naturopath diploma at the Collège des naturopathes du Québec. Her passion is to help people acquire healthy habits in life, both physically and spiritually. Diane is well known for her energy, cheerfulness and creativity.

Diane Sherman: Fitness instructor
Diane, who has a bachelor’s degree in education, has been teaching fitness for 11 years. With a diploma in the Fitness Instructor program from McGill University, she is also certified as a CAN-FIT-PRO Pre and Post-natal Specialist, and as a Reebok indoor cycling instructor. She gives classes in step, aerobics, kickboxing and cycling, as well as specializing in power Tai Chi. Thanks to her incredible enthusiasm, her body design classes are consistently well attended.  The participants find the classes to be as much fun as they are a great workout. Diane has a special ability to work with people and loves helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Etienne Larivée : Cycling instructor 
Serious and meticulous, Etienne is very attentive to his participants and has excellent team spirit. He is passionate about outdoor sports such as telemark skiing, cross country skiing, kayak, rock climbing and canoeing. He has participated in numerous adventure races. This motivated athlete has been practising competitive cycling for 10 years and has been teaching spinning since 2003. He is certified in CPR and Defibrillator. His motto says a lot about his lifestyle: Live your life at maximum heart rate!

Judith Leduc Bernier : Fitness and cycling instructor
A young certified Yoga instructor (Yoga Alliance), Judith is an individual that is stimulated by learning. Soon to graduate as an acupuncturist, she believes in practising Yoga and a balanced lifestyle which she eagerly shares with others. Judith is certified as a group cycling spinning instructor, a certified personal trainer (ANIE), and is also trained in Thai Yoga massage. Her rich knowledge drives her to develop programs in: weight loss, muscular toning, and yoga therapy.

Laura Warf: Fitness and cycling instructor
Laura has 15 years of experience teaching fitness classes. As a graduate of McGill University and certified Can-Fit-Pro trainer, Laura offers particular expertise in yoga and cycling. A leader in the fitness industry, she has created several seminars and workshops for other trainers and coaches which she presents through numerous fitness conferences yearly. Laura is always on the lookout for new training techniques. She is up to date on the latest trends and shares them enthusiastically with everyone that works with her. You will leave her class with a smile on your face and renewed sense of energy.

Lise Doyon : Fitness instructor  
Fitness is her life! Lise has over 30 years of experience as a fitness class instructor. Comprehensive, generous and technical, she expertly knows how to alternate strength, flexibility, fluidity and speed. IDEA fitness instructor and personal trainer certified through McGill University, Stott Pilates instructor, massage therapist and trained in cardio kickboxing, she is well versed in a variety of professional techniques that will help you reach your fitness and health related goals.

Lucie Denault Fitness instructor
Lucie holds a BA in dance, and has 20 years of experience in the field. Passionate about sharing her creativity, she will teach you the art of movement and rhythm to the sound of music. Artist, all smiles and generous with her time, she is waiting to share her energy with you.

Luc Soucy : Cycling instructor
With a Bachelor in physical education since 1994, this sportsman is an excellent motivator and advisor! Luc is an intense mountain biker and telemark skier who competes regularly. His professional competencies include: spinning instructor since 2003, certified in group fitness classes (ANIE 1995), telemark skiing Level 1 CANSI and certified in first aid and CPR. With 24 years of group fitness class experience and 6 years of experience as personal trainer, you will leave his spinning class with new knowledge and motivation to keep coming back for more!

Mark Pavsek Cycling instructor
Precise in his teaching, Mark takes the time to get to know you before giving you advice. He competed for 12 solid years in cycling and today, takes pleasure in sharing his passion. He is a spinning instructor since 2006, certified in CPR and Defibrillator and skis abundantly in the winter months.

Térésa Gongora: Cycling instructor
With over 19 years of experience in the fitness industry, Teresa is certified by various worldwide associations: the American College of Sports Medicine in the United States, Can-Fit-Pro, A.N.I.E., the YMCA in Canada, Beverly Hills and D’Maroto in Mexico, her native country, which gives her the distinct advantage of speaking three languages!  Personal trainer and group fitness class leader, Teresa is also a part of the Pro-Trainer Can-Fit-Pro team for the FIS (Fitness Instructor Specialist) and PTS (Personal Trainer Specialist) training programs. Certified as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and program director, Teresa is also a nutrition and wellness specialist (Can-Fit-Pro) and she is currently continuing her studies in naturopathy with the Éduco-Santé in Montreal. Learning, specialising and being at the leading edge of teaching techniques is what motivates Térésa!
