20/20/20

This is a complete class to strengthen and stretch your entire body. The first 20 minutes will consist of a " body design" workout using hand held weights, elastics and body bars, the second 20 minutes will include muscle strengthening and balance work using the stability ball, the final 20 minutes will be dedicated to Pilates abdominal work and stretching.
