Yoga Pre-natal    (New)

The practice of pre-natal yoga will enable the mother-to-be to become more in tune with her body, to connect with her internal needs and to acceptingly prepare for all the transformations she will encounter throughout her pregnancy. Through postures (asanas), exploration of breath (pranayama) and sounds (shabda), she will develop an intimate relationship with her new baby.
