Yoga Flow
This class is a unique blend of a variety of styles. The focus of the practice is on synchronizing breath and movement along with experiencing posture sequences with smooth transition. Yoga flow teaches each participant to invite balance into their lives physically, mentally and spiritually. This practice embraces meditation in movement, flowing and sustained postures and rhythmic breath. You will leave feeling revitalized with clarity and focus. This session will be sure to follow you "off the mat" when you leave. Based on Hatha, Kripalu and Vinyasa Yoga.
