Interval Training

Get into the best cardiovascular shape of your life ! This class is intense. The foundation of the class is based on interval drills working towards improvement in speed, endurance and power. Heart rate zones will be held between 70%-90% during specific aerobic and anaerobic sequences combined with appropriate rest periods. This class is physically demanding. Cycling experience is recommended along with a solid base of physical condition.
