Cycling – Endurance training

An aerobic conditioning class. By following this class you will experience the benefits of increased cardiovascular conditioning which will help boost your metabolism. Endurance cycling will condition your heart and lungs and assist in fat loss. This class is appropriate for all levels. It is recommended to new participants to arrive 15 minutes prior to class to learn bike set up and to calculate your target heart rate zone which should be maintained throughout the class. Wearing a heart rate monitor is recommended but not required.
