Cycle - Bootcamp

This class will improve more than just your cardiovascular endurance! This indoor cycling class includes athletic type intervals that train both your cardiovascular fitness (cycling) and muscular conditioning. You will experience all the secondary components of a physical fitness program such as agility, balance, speed, power and strength. They are all included in the program. without any mercy!
